Muzica - Element Motivational

Am gasit un colaj care mie mi se pare foarte motivant. Dau PLAY, ascult cateva secunde si imi si vine sa ma apuc de treaba!

Nu exista o reteta standard nici in ceea ce priveste muzica. Nu intamplator se numeste motivationala, fiecare dintre noi isi gaseste propria motivatie. E necesar sa gasesti ceva ce sa ti se potriveasca tie intr-un anumit moment.

Mix-ul de mai sus mi se pare ca mi-ar prinde bine cand merg la sala si nu numai. Imi da chef sa ma autodepasesc si sa trec dincolo de limite. Imi da chef de lupta. Trezeste vocea invingatorului. :)

Imbratisez cu mare drag ideea ca tu esti singurul responsabil pentru ceea ce devii, iar daca nu ajungi unde iti doresti nu e nimeni de vina pentru asta in afara de tine. Asa ca nu mai cauta scuze si vinovati in exterior!

Energia de a realiza ce-ti doresti vine din interior. Acolo gasesti adevarata motivatie!

In ceea ce priveste miscarea, un lucru important e de retinut: alege mereu conditiile care-ti dau cel mai mult chef de a te mobiliza, fie ele muzica, mediul sau persoanele cu care te antrenezi! Ai libertate deplina de alegere! Cat de minunat suna!
